Property Valuation Consultancy & Research
Property Valuation is required for Sale, Purchase of Investment, Auction, Mortgage, Credit Security, Fire Insurance, Liquidation, Receivership and Taxation. Valuation for Corporate Accounting and submission to the Securities Commissions Malaysia. Malaysia Valuation Standards MVS 2006 comes with seventeen standards and two introductory chapters. Malaysia Valuation Standard One relates to the use of market value as a basis of valuation. The definition for this term is now acceptable in all countries that are members of the International Valuation Standards Committee. The Strata Management Act 2013 or in Malay (Akta Pengurusan Strata 2013), is a Malaysian laws which enacted to provide for the proper maintenance and management of buildings and common property.
